Here is what is available for your children at Bethany.

Sunday Worship
      Nursery Care — Infant to 3 yrs.
  Childcare Available

Bethany’s nursery care provides a safe and nurturing environment where our staff provides love and care in Jesus’ name.

Overland Park Mission Nursery is open from 7:45 until after the 11:00 service on Sunday mornings.

Stilwell Mission Nursery is open on Sundays from 8:45 until 11:15 a.m.
      Children in Worship
 

We encourage families to worship together and have special children’s bulletins for each service.  In addition to the bulletins, an Activity Pak which includes crayons, coloring pages, puzzles and other quiet fun activities pertaining to the current season of the Church is available.

Children’s Messages are also presented in worship services on a regular basis.  Children are invited to gather at God’s altar for a message just for them.

The plan for Sunday School is that your student will “meet Jesus”, explore God’s Word, and live with Jesus every day.  Our dedicated staff will share their faith stories and plan a time filled with activities, games and songs to support the Bible lessons.

Overland Park Mission: 9:30  — 10:40 a.m.
 

     Ages "Beginners" (2 Years) through Fifth Grade
Stilwell Mission: 10:15 — 11:15 a.m.
 

     Grades PS through Fifth Grade

Bethany’s midweek ministry for children in grades Pre-Kindergarten through Grade 5.

Classes meet through the school year (September through May) on Wednesday evenings from 6-7:30 p.m.  The curriculum is divided into three components, which are as follows:

Milestones
 

The Milestone Team at Bethany is committed to making “more and better disciples” by helping children and parents grow in their faith by providing family celebrations of faith milestones in the lives of their children.

Current Activities:

Baptism Splash Party — for children from birth to age three years.

Prayerworks Event — Celebration congratulating the first graders in learning the Lord’s Prayer.
bullet Bible BlastOff — Celebration for Third Graders receiving their new “Faith Alive” Bibles.
