2	Children are valued by Jesus. We are all His children! Jesus wants to speak to those who need Him the most – those young in age and young in faith. Important service to the Lord – training up fellow believers to help nurture their faith. Works both ways – they grow and we grow as well!
3	There is a need for mentors to walk alongside our young disciples… Here’s how you can help our young people grow into spiritual champions! Confirmation mentor Youth Ministries – Middle School and High School group mentors for Sunday mornings. Children’s Ministries – Sunday School and ACTS leaders Adult Bible Study Groups
4	What’s in it for me? “These commandments that I give you today are to be upon your hearts. Impress them on your children. Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road…” Deuteronomy 6:6-7 The joy of sharing Jesus with our children and serving in His Name. You have an important message to share! Helping our young disciples learn that the blueprint to life is at their fingertips. The Bible reveals God’s plan for our lives. Your own faith will be enriched and strengthened. Intentional Bible study time and opportunities to witness.
5	You can play an important role…one with eternal rewards! The Bible provides so many opportunities for object lessons and teachings. Don’t study it one day a week. Use it all week long in… …showing a confirmation student how the Bible applies to their lives. …being a friend and mentor to our youth on Sunday mornings. …sharing the joy you have in Jesus through your involvement in ACTS, Sunday School, and Adult Bible Studies.
